No, it's not a new game. I am referring to the food crazed fowl at the beach near my daughter's school's nature trail. Truly, they are the most aggressive ducks/geese I have ever met. Or maybe it was just the geese. As I've said before, I'm a knitting photographer, not an ornithologist...
In any case, one of them threatened to eat me if I didn't give him more food. Worse yet, he wouldn't stay still long enough for me to take a picture in focus. Boo for me...at least I still have my fingers.

A child's logic or Ode to Plastic Cups
My son: I let my sister have the special cup.
Me: Which cup?
My son: The plastic cup. All plastic cups are special.
Me: What makes them special?
My son: They're special because they are plastic.

Apple hill
I love Fall at Apple Hill. My son and I had a brief outing there today. One of the ranches has a Japanese Maple tree whose leaves turned a wonderful bright red. I wish my tree turned like this!

In the Dark
A Low Key photo of my son. He was having fun playing with his flashlight in the dark - "Look mommy, a shadow of my bucket....my chair....the blanket you got from IKEA!"
