Vintage is Cool

I found some really cool photography apps in the App Store last night. Out of all of them, I was intrigued most with Hipstamatic. It allows you to take pictures like the ones your parents and grandparents used to take...you know the ones - unfocused with an orange glow to them, the ones with streaks, black and white with fuzzy edges.

Aaaah the memories...I had to have it and at $1.99, it's a steal! I played around with it today and these are some of the "vintage photos" that I took:


I love the effects that this application gives the pictures that I took. I also liked that they detracted from the background clutter - Ha!
